Join Certified Breathwork Facilitator Gabrielle Kidd and Certified Vibrational Sound Practitioner Cheryl Murphy for a time of restoration and rejuvenation through the synergy of breathwork and singing bowls. Held in the beautiful, remote FYB Studio* in Troutville, your hosts will prepare a warm, safe, inviting space as they lead your mind, body, and soul back into balance. You will only need to bring a mat, blanket, and if desired a small pillow. Come dressed in comfy clothes and have a sense of an intention or a sense of curiosity.
